Gill is a Director of The Accommodating Company and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Finance. She has overseen the company's client accounting since it opened in 1992 and brings extensive experience across residential lettings, financial operations and block management.
Director & Chief Lettings Officer
John is a Director and Chief Lettings Officer, and the familiar face of The Accommodating Company. He is the team's go-to contact for tenancy-related matters, supporting landlords and tenants with day-to-day issues, property maintenance, refurbishments and practical lettings guidance.
Office Manager
Sarah has been part of The Accommodating Company team for over 20 years. She oversees the day-to-day administration behind every tenancy, including contracts and essential documentation, helping each let progress smoothly from start to finish.
Lettings Manager
Laura first joined The Accommodating Company in 1998 and returned to the team in 2009 after a short period away. With more than 28 years’ experience in the property industry, she oversees property lettings, advertising and the process from marketing through to move-in.
Administrator
As Administrator, Maggie helps coordinate the essential day-to-day work that keeps the business running smoothly. Working closely with Sarah, she manages tenancy documentation, enquiries and the details behind each successful let.
Compliance & Property Management Coordinator
Jessica recently rejoined The Accommodating Company from Origin Housing Association, having previously worked with the business earlier in her career. She supports compliance across the managed portfolio, helping ensure inspections, safety certification and tenancy requirements are kept current as legislation evolves.
